Innovating real estate marketing through technology

As the Park Terraces by Ayala Land Premier is all about elevating the meaning of luxury, it was important for Vitamin B to come up with a solution that would allow the target market to experience the brand in a different and innovative way. We decided to create a digital app, at a time when all other brands were doing the typical brochures and flyers.

In collaboration with Numlock Solutions and Popbox Studios, the Park Terraces digital app was born. The app features a 360-degree view of its units along with floor plans, photos, and technical specifications, as well as an online map and directory for nearby and planned retail, commercial, and recreational establishments.

For Ayala Land, changing the real estate landscape translated to the business’ sustainability in continuing to deliver innovation and provide more efficient tools, all while reaching more people across the globe.
